All Forge 53° doors and partition walls come with 6mm tempered safety glass, adhering to the Canadian National Building Code for safety and durability. The standard glass is clear, but premium options are available to customize your space further

Forge 53° doors are constructed using CSA G40.20 certified steel, ensuring strength and long-lasting durability. Our standard material profiles include:

  • 2" x 1/4" Steel Flat Bar: Forms the outer frame, offering robust structural support.

  • 3/4" Square Tubing: Provides internal framing with a clean, streamlined appearance.

For specialized applications, we work with stainless steel—commonly used in areas like shower panels where corrosion resistance is key. Our Brass Mimic finish is available only on aluminum or stainless steel, offering a unique aesthetic for select projects.

In addition, we also offer aluminum, brass, and bronze materials upon special request, allowing for more tailored solutions based on specific design needs.

    Upon project approval, a standard minimum 50% deposit payment is required to secure the job in our schedule.

    Once designs are approved we will order materials and begin the build process in our Edmonton shop.
